Warranty & Device Condition Policy

1. No Warranty

Unless a specific warranty is expressly mentioned on a product page or invoice/order confirmation, refurbished and pre-owned devices sold by Forever Phones are supplied without any seller warranty or manufacturer warranty.

2. Device Condition

Devices may be available in different condition categories such as:

Superb Condition: Device is generally in very good cosmetic condition with minimal signs of prior use.

Good Condition: Device may have visible but normal signs of previous use such as minor scratches, marks or cosmetic wear.

Fair Condition: Device may show more noticeable signs of previous use, wear, scratches or cosmetic imperfections.

The exact condition may vary from device to device and will be communicated/listed before the order is finalised.

3. Refurbished Device Components

A refurbished device may contain a combination of original, replacement/aftermarket or previously repaired components.

Forever Phones does not guarantee that every internal component, display, battery, camera, charging component or other part is original unless specifically stated for that particular device.

4. Display and Other Parts

Where replacement parts or displays are sold separately, the exact type/category of the part will be specified in the relevant product listing.

For iPhone display products, availability may include categories such as DD, GX or LCD, depending on the product offered.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such replacement displays/parts are supplied without warranty.

5. Performance Variation

Because devices and replacement parts can vary by model, previous repair history, component source and condition, minor differences in performance, appearance or behaviour may exist between units.

Customers are advised to inspect the product within the permitted return period.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
